Green Yard Kleven has been awarded another ship conversion contract with Oceanica. This contract is the fifth in a row for the conversion of offshore ships for the Brazilian ship owner.

On 12 November 2024 the steel cutting for building 404 started at Montex in Poland.

Green Yard Kleven Green Yard Kleven has this week successfully completed a large conversion project. The 80 meter long ship is converted from operation in Walk to work market for the energy sector and into cable lay and repair services.

Green Yard Kleven has signed a shipbuilding contract with the Romanian integrated energy company OMV Petrom S.A. for the construction of a "Field Support Vessel” that will operate for the Neptun Deep project. The assignment starts immediately, and the ship is to be delivered in the second half of 2026.

The Brazilian shipowner Oceanica has signed a contract for retrofit of two ships with Green Yard Kleven in Norway. The assignment consists of converting two PSV offshore vessels for operations with ROV and offshore crane.

Green Yard has signed an agreement with Solstad Offshore ASA for the purchase of seven vessels for recycling.

The vessels included in the agreement with Solstad Offshore ASA are: the anchor handlers Far Sovereign, Normand Atlantic, Normand Borg, Normand Neptun, and Sea Tiger, and the PSVs Far Strider and Sea Pollock.

Kleven Verft will do the outfitting, testing and delivery of a Havyard 833 WE platform supply vessel (PSV) as a subcontractor for Havyard's shipyard in Leirvik. The assignment at Kleven Verft starts in February with delivery to the customer during the summer 2020.

The expedition ship MS Roald Amundsen is delivered from Kleven Verft to Hurtigruten. Delivery and flag change took place on Tuesday, June 25, 2019.

Maersk Maker was delivered from Kleven 14 February 2019. This is the sixth and last of a series of six anchor handlers for Maersk Supply Service A/S. Built for operation on deep sea depths, the M-series is equipped with several innovations, some of which have given them a good reputation in the global market.

Maersk Supply Service has taken delivery of the first of six anchor handling vessels from Kleven. Maersk Master was named and delivered 24 March 2017.
